Since 2009, the Russian National Certification Authority (NCA) has been actively dealing with issues in the sphere of cross border electronic trade.
During last months, Worck Package 3 (Sustainability and Long-term Governance) had work on the sustainability assessment of building blocks and their governance structure. The effort resulted in three deliverables so far:

On the 18th December in Brussels the first meeting of Advisory Policy Board took place. The meeting was attended by elected policy representatives, representatives of European Commission, the coordinator and leaders of work packages.

From 6th to 8th November an exeptional event took place in Vilnus, Lithuania. A conference gathered thousands of Europe's top ICT experts and brightests ICT research businesses.

On 24-25th of October the meeting of cluster 6.2 for semantics took place in Poznan, Poland.
